Billboard Costs in Tanzania: Production versus Site Rental, Explained

Billboard quotes confuse buyers because one number is actually two. The first is production: the design, the printing of the face, the welding of sections, the installation crew and the date. The second is site rental: what the location itself costs per month, set by traffic, height and who controls the land. Production is a printing question. Rental is a real-estate question. Anyone quoting them blended without separating them is hiding something.

Production is where Vivid Measured lives. Faces are printed on in-house large-format machines in welded sections, so the face can be any size the structure allows, coated for UV, and installed by the company’s own crew on a written date. Rental, on premium sites, is arranged with the site owner; on private land, with the landowner, and the logistics are stated upfront rather than discovered on arrival.

If you have a site (or are comparing sites), message WhatsApp +255 785 078 827 with the dimensions and location. You get the production half as one written, complete number: design included, coating included, installation included, date written down. That is the half you control; make it exact before you negotiate the half you do not.
