Graduation Printing in Tanzania: Banners, Hoodies and Party Branding
Part of: Schools & Education — all 17 guides in this lane.
Graduation printing covers four things families and schools order every season: the congratulation banner for the home or venue, the class set of hoodies or T-shirts, the photo board that greets guests, and the party decoration that ties it together. Vivid Measured prints all four from one WhatsApp order — send the graduate’s name, school, colours and date, and the quote comes back firm, usually the same day.
The banner is the centrepiece. Sizes run from a two-metre home banner to the large format pieces hung over compound gates and venue entrances, printed with the graduate’s photo, course and the family’s message. Every outdoor banner leaves with UV protection coating standard, so November sun does not bleach the photograph before the party is over. Eyelets and finishing are included so hanging takes minutes, not improvisation.
Class hoodies and T-shirts are the order that multiplies: one design, thirty to three hundred pieces, each with a name or year. Institutions ordering for a whole graduating class get consistent colours across the full run, and families ordering for a handful of graduates get the same design care at small quantity. Free in-house design means a phone photo of the school crest is enough to start.
Photo boards and party branding complete the day: a printed board of the graduate’s journey that guests sign or photograph, table cards, and backdrops for the receiving line. Families combining a graduation with a thanksgiving or send-off ceremony order the event package — backdrop, banners, decoration — under one quote and one deadline.
The season is short and dates are hard. Orders are scheduled backwards from the ceremony date: confirm the date when you order, and the written delivery date protects you against the season’s rush. Nationwide delivery covers families celebrating outside Dar es Salaam — Upcountry orders travel to every region with costs quoted upfront.
Start with one message: the graduate’s name, school, your colours and the ceremony date, to WhatsApp +255 785 078 827. Design help is free, the quote is firm, and the package — banner, hoodies, photo board, decoration — arrives on one written date.

Graduation Printing in Tanzania — questions answered
Bei ya graduation banner ni ngapi?
Price follows size and design: a home-size banner costs less than a large gate banner with a printed photo. Send the size you want and the graduate’s details to WhatsApp +255 785 078 827 for a firm written price the same day — design help is free and UV coating is included standard.
How many hoodies can I order for a graduating class?
Any quantity from a small family set to a full class run of hundreds. Each piece carries its own name or year, and colours stay consistent across the whole order because everything prints from the same approved artwork.
How early should I order graduation printing?
Order as soon as the ceremony date is known — seasons run on hard dates. Confirming early locks your written delivery date before the rush, and any order already confirmed is scheduled backwards from your ceremony, not squeezed in after faster promises.
Can you deliver to our family upcountry?
Yes. Graduation orders deliver nationwide with transport quoted upfront — send your location with the order on WhatsApp +255 785 078 827 and the written quote includes the delivery cost, no surprises on arrival.
