If the job is in Mwadui, the distance to Dar es Salaam is not the constraint it looks like. Vivid Measured holds the artwork, the print and the installation for Mwadui in Lake Zone, and quotes the whole thing in one message to +255 785 078 827.
Outdoor finishes leave the workshop with UV protection coating as standard. On Mwadui work that is the difference between a sign that still reads in Shinyanga in a year and one that does not, and it is priced into the job rather than quoted as an extra later.
Other work in Shinyanga includes Shinyanga Town, Kahama, Kishapu, Old Shinyanga, Shinyanga Municipal, Shinyanga Rural, Kahama Town. Batches often combine them, which is how freight to Mwadui stays economical on a smaller job.
What actually fails in Mwadui is not the print, it is the fixing. Panels on a town frontage in Shinyanga lift because nobody stood a scaffold properly. That is why installation there is scheduled on a written date by the same team that produced the work, instead of left to whoever is free on the day.
The whole Mwadui job runs through one thread: send the brief to +255 785 078 827, approve the artwork, confirm the written date. For a town in Shinyanga that is the entire process, and it is the same one used for a national rollout across every region.
When comparing quotes for Mwadui, check what is inside the number. Does it include artwork, materials, coating, transport from Muhoro Street, Jangwani, Dar es Salaam, and installation on a written date? A cheaper quote that leaves one of those to you is not cheaper.

Printing and Signage in Mwadui, Shinyanga — questions answered
What can be printed and installed in Mwadui?
Banners and large-format prints, shopfront and fascia signage, lightboxes, 3D acrylic and alloy letters, vehicle branding, safety signs and event packages. Outdoor work in Mwadui leaves with UV protection coating standard. Mwadui is handled from the same Muhoro Street, Jangwani, Dar es Salaam workshop as every other job in Lake Zone.
Is the price different because Mwadui is outside Dar es Salaam?
No. The quote covers artwork, materials, transport from Muhoro Street, Jangwani, Dar es Salaam and installation, all stated upfront, so Mwadui is quoted the same way as a Dar es Salaam job for the same specification. Freight is planned into the number rather than invoiced later.
Do you handle repeat orders for the same town?
Yes, and for a town in Shinyanga that is where a single workshop earns its keep. Colour consistency across repeat orders depends on running one press and keeping the artwork on file, so the second Mwadui order of the same item matches the first. Design files stay in the Muhoro Street, Jangwani, Dar es Salaam workshop between orders.
