Printing Prices in Tanzania: What Jobs Really Cost in 2026

The most searched printing question in Tanzania is also the one printers dodge: what does it cost. The honest answer is that printing is priced per job, and anyone who quotes you a flat number before seeing the job is guessing. What you can know in advance is exactly what moves the price, and that is what this guide gives you.

Banners are priced by size and material, with UV protection coating and reinforced eyelets as the finishing that decides whether the banner survives one season or five. Vehicle branding is priced by vehicle size and coverage, full wrap versus partial lettering, with reflective film as the night visibility option. Shop signage is priced by sign type, a lightbox with LED illumination costs more than a fascia board and earns it back in night trade. Promotional items are priced by quantity, where bulk turns a premium unit price into an affordable one.

The fastest way to a real number is one WhatsApp message. Photograph what you want branded, send the size or quantity, and Vivid Measured replies with a firm written price, usually the same day. Design help is included free, so a phone photo of a logo is enough to start. Message +255 785 078 827 and put a real price on your job today.

The same team behind this guide for buyers comparing print prices also delivers vehicle branding for cars, pickups, trucks, daladalas and bodabodas, plus signage from fascia boards and lightboxes to 3D acrylic and alloy letters, under one quote and one deadline.

The same disciplined path governs every job: the in-house designer prepares artwork free for buyers comparing print prices, materials are chosen for the conditions, outdoor work leaves with UV protection coating standard, and installation happens on a written date around your trading hours. Nothing is outsourced to chance and nothing is left for you to coordinate.

There is a reason procurement teams at brands like Hisense and Twyford keep a standing supplier relationship with Vivid Measured for printing prices in tanzania: predictability. Written quotes, written dates, colour consistency across repeat orders, and one accountable team from design to installation. That predictability matters just as much to a single shop opening as to a national campaign.

Geography never limits the job. The workshop sits in Dar es Salaam on Muhoro Street, Jangwani, while installation crews travel to every mainland region — Arusha conferences, Mwanza shopfronts, Mbeya launches, Dodoma institutions — with buyers comparing print prices covered and Zanzibar taken on special request. Vivid Measured (T) Limited holds BRELA Company No. 181095733, so contracts, LPOs and tender documents are processed formally.
