Wall Calendar Printing in Tanzania: Deadlines, Sizes and What Shops Should Order

The fastest answer for every shop owner asking: wall calendars for the new year must be ordered in November or early December, because demand peaks in the last two weeks of December and the shops that stock first sell first. A calendar is the one printed item customers take home and look at every day for a year — which is exactly why hardware shops, pharmacies, salons and general dukas across Tanzania give them away: the shop name stays on the customer's wall all twelve months.

What to decide before ordering: the leaf count (a 13-leaf calendar shows December and January together; a 12-leaf starts clean in January), the binding (spiral binding hangs flat and turns easily; stapled calendars cost less and suit simpler designs), and the artwork (your shop name large enough to read across a room, your photos or product images, and the month grid your customers actually write on). Vivid Measured's in-house design team builds the full artwork free — send your logo and photos on WhatsApp and the proof comes back for approval before anything prints.

Timing beats everything in this category. A calendar that arrives in mid-January is a discount item; the same calendar delivered in the second week of December is the year's cheapest advertising. Order early, print once, and let the wall do the marketing: WhatsApp +255 785 078 827 with quantities and your logo, and the written quote with per-unit pricing comes back the same day.
