Banner Prices in Tanzania: What a Square Metre Really Costs

Ask what a banner costs in Tanzania and you will hear one number repeated across the city: around TSh 7,000 per square metre for standard large-format work. It is a useful anchor, and it is also where the confusion starts, because two banners of identical size can arrive with quotes far apart. The square metre sets the baseline; everything else is what separates a banner that fades in one season from one that serves for years.

The variables, in order of impact: material weight (event-day use versus months on a roadside frame), finishing (reinforced eyelets, welded hems), UV protection coating (the single biggest life-extender under Tanzanian sun), and whether installation is included or left to you to arrange. Quotes that skip coating and fitting look cheaper and are not: reprints and re-fitting cost more than the difference ever saved.

Vivid Measured quotes one complete price: free design by the in-house designer, printing on in-house machines, UV coating standard on outdoor work, and installation on a written date, all in one number.
